- Custom commissions require a non-refundable deposit before design work begins.
- Estimated completion times for custom tiles are guidelines and may vary based on kiln schedules and material availability.
- Final payments for commissions are due before the finished pieces are shipped or collected.

We host educational sessions on traditional tile painting and glazing. When booking a workshop, full payment is required to secure your spot.
- Cancellations made up to seven days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded, as materials and seating are prepared in advance.
- Fired pieces from workshops must be collected within sixty days of the event.
